The partnership between PepsiCo and USAID demonstrates that investing in women in PepsiCo’s supply chains through improving access to resources, land, skills, and employment can lead to greater growth, profitability, and sustainability. The partners will provide evidence-based models, new on-farm approaches, and data and insights in the business case for women's empowerment.
